RENTAL HALL FAQS

The Police Association Hall is the perfect location for Weddings, Bridal Showers and Wedding Receptions. The hall can hold up to 265 guests. The hall rental includes tables and chairs.

1. Where is the Association Hall located?

The Association Hall is located at 14288 Independent Hill Drive, Manassas, VA 20112.

2. What is the capacity of the hall?

The hall can accommodate up to 265 guests, making it perfect for large events.

3. How can I reserve the hall?

To reserve the hall, please contact Gina Lapihuska at (571) 921-7173 or via email at PwcpaHall@gmail.com. A reservation is not secured until a contract is signed and a $500 deposit (cash or check) is made.

4. What are the rental fees?

  • 4-hour minimum rental: $1,800.00

  • Each additional hour: $250.00 per hour

  • Setup fee on the day of the event: $50.00 per hour

  • Setup fee the day before the event: Flat fee of $400 for 3 hours

  • A $500 security deposit is required (returned pending no damage or police response).

 

5. When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due 1 month prior to the event.

 

6. What amenities are included with the rental?

The rental includes:

  • 33 round tables (5 feet in diameter)

  • Ten 8-foot tables

  • Ten 6-foot tables

  • Folding metal chairs

  • Kitchen access, which includes a commercial ice maker

 

7. Can I bring outside food and beverages?

Yes, outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is also permitted on-site with a 1-day permit obtained from the ABC Board prior to the event.

 

8. What is the policy on alcohol and music?

  • All events must end by midnight.

  • Alcohol and music must conclude 1 hour prior to the event's ending time.

 

9. Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $500 deposit (cash or check) is required to secure your reservation. A $500 security deposit is also required and will be returned pending no damage or police involvement.

 

10. What is the cancellation policy?

11. What are the setup options?

You can set up on the day of the event for $50.00 per hour. If you wish to set up the day before, the fee is $400 for 3 hours.

 

12. Are there any restrictions on decorations?

Decorations are permitted, but please avoid using nails, tape, or adhesives that may damage the walls or surfaces.

 

13. Is parking available?

Yes, ample on-site parking is available for guests.

 

14. Can I tour the hall before booking?
